Our signature class, complete fitness for any ability. Our unique class focuses on building strength, muscle & fitness all within 1 session. Learn, build confidence and master the free weight and bodyweight exercises, from picking up your first double bodyweight deadlift to performing your first pull-up, we make strength/muscle building intense and engaging.

Blasting the last part of the session with a high intensity "METCON" to finish, gain some serious fitness racking up metres on the ERGS, jack up the heart rate and get the legs burning with Wall Balls and the sled. DYNAMICFIT can challenge any ability athlete.

Hyrox

The fitness race that needs no introduction for some, introduced to the UK in 2021 it’s been growing ever since. This brutal race format is 8 1KM runs separated by 8 functional workouts, these include Ski, Sled Push & Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps, Farmers Carry, Lunges & Wall Balls.

Whys it so popular? All these movements are accessible to any ability level and can be mastered very quickly with correct coaching, versus the highly technical movements in things like CrossFit that can take years to master. All you need for HYROX is grit, determination and a good base of running fitness, making this unbelievable fitness race accessible to such a wide range of fitness abilities.

Exactly what it says in the name, PERSONAL training tailored to YOU and your goals.

Not only is this service bespoke to you it’s in the luxury of our private PT studio, allowing you to build the gym confidence, strength & fitness you might need to take on the classes!

Run Club

Anyone can be a runner, get the most out of your running and build up your running confidence and fitness in a like minded group.

Varying distances/routes every week, we have a big focus on catering for different abilities, running with 2 different groups within 1 run. Faster group at the front generally aiming for 5:00-5:45 per KM pace, the back group aimed at beginners going with 6:00-6:30 per KM pace. Allowing us to have a wide range of abilities within RUN CLUB!
