DYNAMIC FITNESS, established in 2023 by co-owners Luke & Soph. Starting with bootcamps January 2023 in Market Weighton and PT in our private studio March 2023 we’ve never looked back since.
From hosting the KCOM "good stuff games" at the MKM Stadium to running our first fitness competition the "DYNAMIC GAMES". Our first year was a huge success, really putting DYNAMIC FITNESS on the map. Paving the way for where we are today.
